20-rep squats

are hard.

I’m pretty beat today – legs yesterday, and I KILLED it.
I’m feeling a bit down about my progress, but gotta keep chugging along…

    I wouldn’t be down about your progress. From what I can see you are just now beginning to make progress, as long as you keep at it your progress will begin to increase more and more.

    You should plot a graph of your stats over time. I wonder what kind of patterns will develop over the whole length of the experience.

    I’ve decided I’m going to sign up at a gym, and though it’s partially because a couple of friends are pressuring me into it, it’s also a lot because of your inspiration. So thanks.

    How do you have time for all this stuff though? I mean is there job/school that gets in your way?

    Time is one of the big problems! I do make time though. It’s tough.
