What a difference a day makes…

When I posted yesterday, things were good. That didn’t last.
I feel like I’m walking a very thin line with the stuff I’m doing, and by messing up just a little bit, on a few variables, really throws me off. I didn’t eat yesterday until dinner at my mom’s. That made me cranky. Then I got home and passed out (late for me also). So then I didn’t have enough energy to get to the gym this morning. And I didn’t cook the chicken (which I’m totally sick of!). So I’m kind of in a tough spot today.

Help!

You should carry some snacks around with you in case you miss a meal (like protein bars or granola).

Don’t beat yourself up for occasionally sleeping-in. Your body could probably use the rest. Mentally make amends by kicking a little extra ass next time you’re at the gym.

If you insist on being at the gym every morning. Try setting multiple alarms for the morning after a late night (perhaps the coffee-pot, too). The extra ruckus helps me get up when I’d rather stay in bed.

Don’t focus on the minor bumps. Look at the big picture. You are making some pretty good progress.

Hey Rock, keep it up man, you’ll get there. I’m kinda working on something similar myself, I am not focused so much on the six pack as much as not being a fat-ass, but if the six-pack gets here, who’s complainin right… Good luck man.

This could signal the beginning your spiral into obesity.

I weigh about 165… You’re almost the same weight as I am!
