Not much going on :)
my knees hurt from running yesterday. I’m doing alright with eating so far this weekend. Went out last night and watched someone eat a pulled pork sandwitch and nicely fried fries.

ANy lifting gonna be going on? Or you sticking with the Cardio?
I was lifting, and it was going alright. Then I did 20-rep squats….
I placed an order yesterday for “Surge”, a post workout recovery drink, and I’m hoping that will spur me back to the iron.
I so suck at lifting with the legs… I just never do them… not a good habit, but oh well… Let me know how that recovery stuff works, I never use any form of suplement at all, I don’t know, it just feels like cheating to me…
Try icing your knee periodically for a 10-15 minute duration. I find that helps me recover from any aches or swelling I get from running. Though typically it’s not my knee, but my ankle that bothers me.
Make sure that you keep hydrated through all of this. It sounds so simple but lots of water will help lots. Plain and easy.
From the top of the site:
“I’ll keep my money, and splits the profits…”
splits? :)
Surge, as I know it, is an energy drink that came out to compete with Josta. It was the first wave of energy drink, about 8-9 years ago, when most of the energy drinks were guarana. No one new what the hell Taurine was, women were beautiful, and men were men. Is it the same drink from this website:

?
Ché – it’s Biotest Surge: http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459244
Greg – my legs are my second best part, I think… You gotta work your legs – your quads are the biggest muscle in your body, and will grow the quickest, giving your whole system a boost (in theory)
Virid – My knees are feeling much better today, I think I just need to get the ligaments used to running
Ryan – a gallon a day :)
Rock I KNOW all that, but I never DO it… It is a habbit I plan on breaking, but for now running will have to suffice…
Lol, the internet is a wonderful place. I just took the same resolution: get a six pack by summer (even though I’ve never even seen any muscles down there). I’m not too chubby, less chubby than you on your first pic, but that’s the way i’ve been pretty much my whole life.
Anyway, love the site, and good luck!
Thanks Mike. Keep coming back, we’ll help you get to your goal too.
