Struggling
Today is rough!
Last night, I had very strong carb cravings, and ended up eating a few handfuls of kid’s cereal.
This morning, I am just so tired. I got to the gym, but forgot my heart rate monitor. I started doing the elliptical anyway and right away wanted to stop. I convinced myself to get through at least 5 minutes, then I could quit. After 5 minutes I was feeling a little better and decided that I’d do 30 – that’s a lot better then nothing. At 25 minutes, I decided to stick it out through 45.
The downside is, I think I sapped what little energy I did have doing that.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe the taekwondo class and/or the alabama trip has raised my metabolism a bit.
What I know for sure is – I’m knackererd!
Life only demands from you the strength you possess. Only one feat is possible – not to have run away.

Way to fight through Rock… I missed a couple of days this week, but that was due to a stupid class I am taking for work, and staying here to late last night, which pushed dinner back past 9.. which meant the gym was out… but there is always next week
