A great day!

Having another great day. Killed the cardio – did it slower but more consistantly.
I was able to make the chicken, and brought some good fruits today.

My abdomen is stuck at 35”, but I’m thinking it’s gonna drop before monday – we’ll see how that goes.

I’m just thrilled that I’m able to wake up in the morning and say “today I’ll work out.”... not “I can do it tomorrow” or “I did it yesterday” – those don’t matter to me. I only have today, so I do what I can.

Off to go eat.

Have you developed a ritual now to get in-state? You seem to be pretty consistent…

not at all – and it’s only been two days ;)
I’m just trying to have a moment in the morning where I stop and really focus. In that moment, I get to decide what I can do right then.

G;ad to hear it Rock, it sounds like you have it figured out… the slumps come, you just have to minimize them… Killed the upper body myself last night. I am out as far as cardio goes but I might be back sooner than I originally thought so, here’s to hoping

Dude, you’re almost below 160! You gotta be psyched!

When will start working your abs and obliques regularly?

Yeh, what excercises you got planned for “the area”?

I’m not too concerned. On cable crunches, I can max most machines, and the ones I can’t, it’s my hands that fail (and some people on here can attest to my grip strength – it’s adaqute). I’m also back in Tae Kwon Do class, and EVERYTHING in there is ab related – along with the crunches we do.

If I feel in a week or two that my abs aren’t strong enough, I’ll start doing leg raises, as the lower part of the abs (which the ability to work seperatly is debated) are harder to “hit” with normal movement / exercise.
