Take your vitamins

I’m taking it easy today, as I’m not feeling so great. Some time yesterday, I started feeling “fluttery” in my chest and it’s persisted. I took some vitamins this morning (could be a vit or mineral def.), some EFAs, I bought some carbs and stuff.

If I don’t feel MUCH better by 3 or so, I’m gonna have to skip Tae Kwon Do tonight. That would make me VERY sad.

    You haven’t been taking vitamins/supplements??

    My pills:

    One-A-Day Active
    Glucosamine/chondroitin mix
    Ginseng
    Ginko

Also, I’ve never heard of glutamine not being a recommended part of a workout regiment. Get it! :)

Big changes are happening to your body. I’m no doctor but I’m not surprised at strange things such as this! Try not to let it throw you out of the excellent rhythm you been building up.

Erik, I think that more than vitamines, you need to take days off. At least two or three days a week, where you don’t do anything physical. And most importantly, PLAN on them. So that during those days you can rest both physically and psychologically.

This will probably be a worthwhile read:

Came across your website through your Spell site. I think what you are doing is amazing. I’m doing something similar to except I think I’m not as determined as you are to do this everyday. Given myself til the end of the year to get my bf down and lose those love handles.

Keep it up. Keep up the perspiration and inspiration.

I feel this is due to indigestion. Best way to prevent indigestion is to consume food 2 or 3 hours before going to bed.
