Analysis paralysis

This is one of the major things I wanted to avoid by having a set goal, but I am totally frozen! With the date fast-approaching, I don’t know what to do. Give up? Work harder? Ignore everything? I’m totally lost.

I took class last night, and I was able to almost keep up on pushups. I am destroyed today though. I really need about 5 more hours of sleep.

Please, tips, advice, anything!

    Seriously? Weigh(zing) your options:

    Give up:
    Pros: None
    Cons: You write checks, plus you start to lose your abs in a mass of fat again.

    Work harder:
    Pros: Possibly no writing checks. You get closer to your goal of having a six-pack
    Cons: You’ll have to fucking MAN UP.

    Ignore Everything:
    Pros: Women will find you aloof and go down on you
    Cons: Your friends will lose respect for you and burn your house down.

    Also, since your memory seems to be sketchy (think: your plants to update the site with pictures etc). You said this week would be all about flushing out sodium. Look that plan up and implement it… NOW!

    Seriously K, get all into this for the next 3 days, make it your life. Sure, it’s pretty self obsessive and thats never healthy but it just 3 MORE DAYS!
    Stick to this plan and you can still do it!

    Friday
    Food:
    Sodium should be cut dramatically. Read labels, nearly everything contains sodium. To be sure of low sodium boil chicken breast and use no condiments containing salt.

    Water:
    Try to take in 2 gallons.

    Supplement:
    Potassium tablet 4 times daily.

    Saturday
    Food:
    Same as Friday with extra careful attention to sodium. Keep this as low as possible.

    Water:
    Reduce water to ½ gallon taken between morning and 6:00 PM. Sip sparingly and only as needed from 6:00 PM on.

    Supplement:
    Potassium tablet 4 times daily.

    Sunday
    Food:
    Final day! Very small meals only. No sodium. Have raw honey or natural peanut butter for quick energy.

    Water
    Sip only as needed, not too much and never gulp. By now you should be dropping water like crazy.

    Your abs will now be defined as they’re gonna get!
