Not much to update.

I overslept today, so I didn’t get to the gym.

3 weeks left.

My ab workout went pretty well. I had some soreness, but it’s all gone now.
I went tanning yesterday, and I’m a little tender from that as well. I need to find some time to go during the week, so I’m not starting from scratch on the weekend (a “base” tan is needed, I guess).
I did another 45 minutes of cardio again today. I really think I was over-training back there for a bit. The 45 @ 135bpm is my goal for now.
I’m just gonna keep doing my thing each day.

Bah.

Went tanning today. Also went to the gym and threw down 45 @ 135 bpm.

Whatever.

Give up for a day.

I’m going to take a day off from the diet…. I’m getting some pasta.

I’m also starting ab work today. I’m gonna do leg lifts, crunches, side-crunches and bicycles. Let’s see if I can even get my abs sore at all.

Some times you want to give up!

I don’t really want to give up, but I feel like my priorities are shifting. I don’t care thought. I made a commitment at teh begining, and no matter what – I’m getting a six pack.

I’m feeling all better, and I made chicken for the first time in days today. I’m still gonna drink Gatorade.

I didn’t make it to the gym today – last night’s class kicked my butt! I’m sore all over and my neck is killing me.

Feeling much better today.

I’d say I’m at about 90% better. I’m going to go to class tonight and see how I fare. I’m not going all out on the diet today, kind of a hybrid of yesterday and my “normal” SPBS diet.

I still feel “fluttery” when I bend over, but that’s about the extent of it now.

Oh, and 4 weeks is FINE :)

Take your vitamins

I’m taking it easy today, as I’m not feeling so great. Some time yesterday, I started feeling “fluttery” in my chest and it’s persisted. I took some vitamins this morning (could be a vit or mineral def.), some EFAs, I bought some carbs and stuff.

If I don’t feel MUCH better by 3 or so, I’m gonna have to skip Tae Kwon Do tonight. That would make me VERY sad.

Consistant action.

Attitude CHECK

Sorry for the boring post, but I’m doing my thing, day in and day out.
It is out of my hands at this point if I’ll make it by the deadline – I’m still focusing on each day and doing my best.

Running (Trying to live!)

Wow – A MONTH LEFT!!!
I can’t believe I’ve stayed dedicated for so long. I have really suprised myself and I continue to. No matter what happens, I’ve proven a lot to myself (and hopefully those who know me). That said:

I had an AWESOME day of cardio today. I ran for 30 minutes straight at 4.3 mph – not fast, but perfect for me. My heart rate stayed steady and I was able to zone out and just do it. I did my form after that and it felt great. I really feel like I’ve hit my stride, and not messing up this weekend is HUGE. My energy is soaring today.

I know there will be lots of tests this final month – or however long it takes to get to my goal, but my failures don’t define my – my responses to failure does.

Weekend cardio, finally!

As you can tell, I really pushed the cardio today. I’m pretty happy with today so far. No chicken yet, but fruit and water. I also went tanning to start to show off the future 4/6pack. I think I got this Sunday taken care of!
