Weekend…. ug.
No gym yet today. But I’ve only had chicken and fruit, and at decent times. Over all I’m doing better this weekend then others. I’m gonna keep it up.

Tough time getting up this morning, my sleep was broken a few times last night, and it really took a toll. I’m also starving the day after tae kwon do class – even thought I eat the same or a little more then “normal” days.
I got to the gym and just wasn’t feeling it at all. 30 minutes in, I was convinced I’d only make it to 45 then be done. RIGHT at 45 I decided to keep pushing and I made it an hour.

Only 200 strides different, over an hour that works out to a difference of 3 strides per minute – i.e. nothing at all. I felt like I was working SO hard, but my heart rate would not go up. I didn’t sweat much. I don’t know what’s up.
Weight – below 160 lbs
Waist – below 35”

Class was great last night. I have no sense of pace, so I go all out until I almost collapse. I need to find my “groove”, or at least adapt.
It was rough getting up this morning – I got in at 11:30pm last night. Then I forgot my HRM, but I’m pretty sure I did the right amount of intensity on the machines today. I think by now, I just “know” how hard to work on there.
