Day 2 of the sodium depletion
Here is the picture from day 2 of the sodium depletion.
So far, I’ve had some chicken and water. I’m thinking about having a few cherries for sweetness, but not sure yet.
I also picked up some potassium.
I can already see a change from yesterday – I guess it’s working!

Bananas are low in sodium, but they have a lot of calories from sugar which ain’t so good…
Put on some underwear, kastner.
I don’t see any real improvement over the 19th, but at least you didn’t backtrack. Let’s see what the water-draining thing’ll do.
