And…. we’re back.
It’s been a long time since I’ve posted here. My focus has changed a few times, but I’m rededicating myself to this blog. My goal isn’t a six-pack, nor is it a specific body weight. My new goal (and new year’s resolution) is to make each day better then the last. I’m fully committed to the Ultimate Black Belt Test so that means daily training and better diet – all things that this blog gets (or tires to) me to do.
Here’s what I did today:
- 3.34 miles on my treadmill
- 100 crunches
- 50 pushups
Diet for 1/1:
- Morning:
- Hash browns (home cooked)
- Orange
- Afternoon / evening:
- The rest of the potatoes
- Zone bar
- Breadsticks
- Night:
- Apple
- Zone bar
- Oatmeal
