1/2, still going :)
Well, I’m still going strong! Here’s today (will be updated throughout the day).
Today’s morning work out was very difficult. I remember when I was going for the six pack, some days would be easy, and others would be very hard. Today was one of the hard ones where each step was an effort. I pushed through and logged 2 miles. So far today is better then yesterday because I got up early and on my way.

Well, Today is pretty hard. I’m getting sick – I have a bad cough. I’m not “into” my good eating yet, so I’m doing the default, “Not eating enough” thing.
Exercise:
- 2 miles
- 100 crunches
- 50 pushups
Food:
- Morning:
- Oatmeal
- Zone bar
- Afternoon:
- Turkey noodle soup in a bread bowl
- apple
- Night:
- Chips and salsa (this happens when I don’t eat!)

No idea. Probably pretty bad.
I’m going to avoid both of them for now.
