1/4 update

Getting out of bed was tough this morning, I think my body needs more rest!
I didn’t hit the treadmill in the morning, but I will after work. I did however get some pushups and crunches in before work.
I am still not eating enough.

I also can’t wait to get back to BJJ and TKD (saturday for bjj I hope).

Update I am not getting on the treadmill tonight. Between my knee and my cough, I’m choosing not to.
I’m also making a bad food choice tonight.

Food:

  • Morning:
    • Oatmeal
  • Afternoon:
    • apple
    • Almonds (flavored)
    • Noodle dish

Exercise:

  • 20 pushups
  • 50 crunches
