1/6 Pick up sticks
Got a late start on working out today, but it’s all good.
I finally slept through the night, in my bed since moving to the new place. I ended up sleeping pretty late (10am). We got some stuff done today. Got a new couch (my mom’s old one). Walked around downtown Metuchen (awesome!) had some pizza and ice cream. I just finished up working out, and I’m pretty happy with the exercise, pretty “meh” about the food.
Exercise:
- 2 miles
- 50 pushups
- 100 crunches
Food:
- Pizza (twice, sort of)
- Ice Cream
- Breadsticks
Your diet needs to change, pizza, ice cream and breadsticks isn’t good for you. How about replacing that with fruit, needs, salad with olive oil/balsamic, tofu for protein and maybe a glass of red wine if you’ve been good :)
