1/10 Great workout
Like the title says – awesome workout (without treadmill too!), but my diet totally stunk today.
I went down to class at my sister’s school—I’m gonna sleep well tonight.
Exercise:
- 100 pushups
- 150 crunches
- 3 sparring rounds
- 6 form reps
Food:
- Domino’s pizza
- Burger
- Trix cereal
- Coke
MMmmmmm dominoooosss
is that 100 pushups in a single set? or multiple sets? or spread out over the course of a day?
I came across this site, http://www.traineo.com, a little while back. you might want to look into it. It could prove useful. But it looks like you are making progress on your own.
