About

For years I’ve tried to get into shape – without any concrete goals. On march 31st of 2006 I decided to change all that and throw down a challange to myself – A visible sixpack!
My first goal was to have a visible 4-pack by July 4th of ’06, with the stipulation that I’d lose a lot of money if I didn’t. Well I didn’t.
I’m now working with a group of 5 awesome guys that are helping me set weekly goals and achive them one at a time – with an overarching goal of 8.5% body fat.

I’m 14 and very fat. I have also wanted a six pack but never could find out how. I will cut back on food but I don’t want I hard diet to follow. I also want to know if I could do simple workouts not go to the gym. I would like to see results by the end of summer. Please write back.

I been working on a six pack and all around better body for about 6 months. I been logging between 6-8 hours in the gym per week of hard work. I have dropped 20lbs down to 160. and still no six-pack, i barely have a 2 pack.

my workout consists of 1 hour of heavy weights. 35 minutes on the tread mill. and 25 min of strength training.

I am seeing alot of improvements, expectially with my strength. Just can’t get the six pack.

Best of luck. It takes alot of work.

hey, i stumbled upon this and thought i could help. For years now i’ve been trying to find a diet and exercise routine that works for me and after tons of failures i think I’ve found it….cardio. I would suggest going a fitness club that has some sort of cardio work out classes (I’m taking kick boxing twice a week and i love it) i find its easier to stay on track with working out if you take classes-its more motivating than working out alone….i also go biking for an hour once or twice a week….as for the diet part, to be honest i haven’t changed what i eat but HOW i eat…i eat more often but in small portions this way my metabolism wont slow down. i know this seems like alot of work but once you get into the swing of things it becomes natural…I’ve been doing this for 2 and a half months now and i have lost 15 pounds and toned up significantly in my arms legs and especially my tummy…I’m on my way to my six pack! wooo
